Do you offer content marketing and copywriting services in Calgary?

Absolutely! I have a number of clients right here in Calgary and am happy to support local businesses when I can.

Can you work with clients to provide copywriting and content to clients outside of Calgary?

Yes! I’ve worked with clients across Canada, in the US, and even outside North America. I’ve been working remotely for ten years, and can seamlessly partner with you or your team to create the content you need no matter where you are.

What types of content services do you provide?

I support clients with content strategy, digital marketing, blog posts, website content, brand storytelling, whitepapers, leadership and team bios, case studies, success stories, longer content guides, interviewing sources, ghostwriting, editing, or revising existing content, and communications.

What is content marketing?

Content marketing is using written content to boost website traffic, attract new leads, engage your audiences, and help position you as an authority. Your customers are already online, and they’re looking for information, new ideas, and companies they can trust to do business with.

Content marketing can include sharing valuable information in regular posts to your company blog or sharing customer success stories to help your customers understand who you help and how.

Will content marketing help my business?

It absolutely could! Nearly all businesses can benefit from a robust online presence, and much of what brings your website and digital presence to life is your content!

A basic website you build and never update doesn’t tell your story effectively, but a website full of current, relevant information that serves your customer shows them that you are a valuable resource, you care about helping them, and you have a solution for their problems.

How much does content marketing cost?

It depends! Content marketing is a term that covers a wide range of possible projects. It’s best if we can discuss where you are with your content now, what your goals are, and figure out how to get you there.

Ideally, you’ve got an established marketing budget and I can help you use a portion of it for content. We’ll work together to find the best way to make an impact within your budget.

Who owns the content you create?

Content assets created for your business become yours permanently, meaning they work for you the day you publish, and over the long term. Keep adding to that blog, update your team page, publish a helpful guide or two, and you’ll be able to use these pieces to help reap ongoing benefits that build over time.

What types of clients do you work with?

I work with businesses where there are no senior content writers on staff or larger companies who have marketing teams but simply are in need of more content than their in-house teams can produce. I also partner with agencies who are working hard to meet client needs and simply need to outsource overflow or project work.

Do you create content for B2B or B2C marketing efforts?

Both! I’ve worked with B2B and B2C clients to create content that reaches their customers and audiences in genuine ways. These clients span a wide range of niches including tech, SaaS, education, lifestyle, real estate, healthcare, financial, and more.

Will you work with my marketing department to provide content or copywriting?

Yes, absolutely. Writing work often comes in waves, and even robust marketing teams outsource portions of projects. I can work with your marketing director, content manager, or marketing team to make sure we meet your content marketing goals and timelines.
